abstract = "This study focuses on improving the performance management and measurement system (PMMS) of healthcare organizations. The physical disability, intellectual disability, and autism spectrum disorder (PD-ID-ASD) program of a healthcare institution in Canada is used to show how the PMMS can be deployed. In addition, a dashboard is developed to illustrate how the PD-ID-ASD program can effectively visualize its indicators and implement the PMMS. Our study offers a roadmap for health care organizations willing to improve their performance management system.",
