Abstract

We present a compact terahertz (THz) polarimetric spectrometer with a simplified design for polarization-resolved measurements. To extract polarization information, the system employs a frequency-selective polarizer and a CMOS-based THz detector with linearly polarized antenna. This configuration enables polarization-sensitive characterization across two distinct frequency bands, offering a practical solution for analyzing birefringent materials in a compact, cost-effective platform.
