This thesis implements simulation scheme using solar energy extracted by photovoltaic panels, which are connected to the grid, a storage device and a load. In a first step, we present a comparative study of different technologies of batteries. Then a study of different DC-DC converters which can supply the battery is completed. The objective is to identify the most appropriate storage device for this type of application. The second part is devoted to PV panels. Its operation, its topology, its characteristics and modeling are determined; the Perturb and Observe MPPT method is also explained. At last the synthesis of the boost converter and its control is completed.
The efficiency of power converters and the facility of their controls allow us to make the link between the energy created and the electrical grid. The overall installation established using the software Matlab / Simulink. Several simulations are performed each time with a different control for the inverter: indirect, simple non-linear, with a multi-variable filter, with a notch filter and finally without filter. The advantage of these commands is to compensate the harmonic currents and the reactive power generated, in order to obtain disturbance free grid. Finally a conclusion about the performance of each of them.
