Despite the emergence of the Internet, the increasing ease of communication between stakeholders among a project team has not solved the issue of knowledge capitalization.
The construction of the execution logic adapted to project during the design phase is repetitive.
We will seek to provide a methodology to design a tool for decision support based on scheduling knowledge of with the aim of generating schedules. Knowledge is capitalized on a large scale through the web.
The first objective of this work will be the storage and the management of knowledge concerning the scheduling logic. Thus planners can contribute to the continuous improvement of the decision-making system by maintaining the public knowledge base.
Then we will establish a protocol for the evaluation and the consolidation of knowledge by experts appointed in the system.
Finally, we present the tool of decision support based on knowledge, to generate a logical ordering. So we will develop a methodology for designing a DSS in a web2.0 environment. We will study the design of the knowledge base, the inference system, the knowledge engineering tool and the behavior of the interface.
The implementation of this methodology will lead to the design of a prototype.
Validation will be done through the building a knowledge base of 4000 activities to ensure the functionality of the prototype. The validation at a large scale through application tests conducted simultaneously throughout the world thanks to the Internet.
