This project aims developing a quality assurance system in specific field which is spinning. This area is poorly documented in quality management.
Initially the project focuses on developing a deployment plan that ensured the adoption of a top-down kind of quality system from the company’s management and operators on stages of production. Secondly, the project demonstrates the applicability of ISO 900x and TS 16949 to meet the specific needs of SMEs in the field of spinning. This work respond to a is a particular need for quality assurance, which has become a requirement that manufacturing companies or services had to answer the requests of customers, the market or internal requests to ensure the stability of the quality following of their products.
The first step is to analyze workstations, which presents the practice field to understand how product quality is seen by operators. In addition, ensure better quality, also involves changing the culture of the operators it is therefore crutial to see if they share the same vision that senior management and what are the factors that influence their performance.
