This thesis is part of a process aimed at improving the training procedure within companies. Many companies are seeking to enhance their training procedures to optimally meet the needs of both employees and employers. To achieve this, it is necessary to consider a gradual and effective change to improve the training process. The use of creative engineering methodologies is the means we propose to support companies in their quest to improve training.
Following the identification of the main challenges in the training process, it becomes imperative to apply the creative engineering methodologies TRIZ, ASIT, and C-K, along with their tools, to derive relevant recommendations. The TRIZ methodology provides different perspectives on the challenges once its principles are applied. The company will be able to implement recommendations such as making training accessible on mobile phones. With its five tools, ASIT proposes different approaches that companies can easily integrate into their training process, such as optimizing spaces in the company for training purposes (cafeteria). The C-K methodology, on the other hand, helps identify the company's needs related to training and propose recommendations directly linked to the challenges. It suggests, among other things, spreading training throughout the year. With these recommendations, companies will be better able to address and remedy the challenges encountered. Their contribution in terms of recommendations and improvements will make a significant contribution ensure that training is representative of the job's needs and meets employee expectations.
